2024: Origins
David and Julie met and discovered their skillsets complemented and yet their values overlapped. They embark on a journey to improve behaviour, collaboration and grades through systemic soft-skills and metacognition.


2025: Classroom Coordinators
5-10 Fully funded Classroom Coordinators (£150k-£300k) are invited to a school whose role is to support teachers by optimising social cohesion.


10+ Years: Ecosystem
Whole school A-state: sustainable self-disciplined learning with social responsibility. A generation of young adults who are capable of collaborating in small teams to expanded networks.
